With a victory over Southampton, Arsenal would increase its lead over the competition to four points.
St Mary’s is ready
The pitch is looking good from the press box and the Arsenal players have arrived.
Arsenal to wear black away kit
Just like last week against Leeds, Arsenal will wear their black away kit against Southampton.
Arsenal training before Southampton
For the rest of the first-team squad – aside from injured midfielders Emile Smith Rowe and Mohamed Elneny – it was back to work at London Colney after Thursday’s 1-0 Europa League win over PSV Eindhoven.
Absent Zinchenko
Zinchenko was absent from training for the second time this month, and if history is any indication, he won’t play against Southampton. He started the North London Derby win over Tottenham and the Man United loss without being spotted in training.

Albert Sambi Lokonga could face the Saints. The midfielder hasn’t started a Premier League game since the loss at Old Trafford, but he has helped the Gunners qualify from Group A in the Europa League.
Lokonga is likely to be replaced by Thomas Partey in Arsenal’s midfield at St. Mary’s, but he was in a good mood during training on Saturday because it was his 23rd birthday. What better present than three points?
