The former Chelsea left-back was quick to celebrate against Chelsea at any chance, even though he had nothing to do with the goal that was later called off because of Eduardo Mendy’s contact with another player.

Fans almost insulted him on social media, saying that he wasn’t good enough to have Blue blood running through his veins because of how he celebrated against Chelsea.

This is what Emerson wrote on his Twitter account after the game:

He said he was happy to see his old teammates, but the way he celebrated the goal that was called back showed that he wasn’t.

Fans said these things about how he celebrated disrespectfully against Chelsea.

Fans made it clear they didn’t like what he did and said they would boo him the next time he played against Chelsea.
