Arsenal has won all of its Premier League games so far this season. On Saturday, they beat Fulham to keep their perfect record going. At the Emirates Stadium, though, the Gunners didn’t have it all their own way. Aleksandar Mitrovic scored the first goal in the second half.
The Fulham striker took the ball away from Gabriel Magalhaes and then put it past Aaron Ramsdale. After Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka scored, a frustrated Gabriel got into a heated argument with him.
The Brazilian defender seemed to be telling Saka to pass the ball forward faster. Saka passed the ball across the goal to Gabriel, but the Serbian then pushed on Gabriel.
Luckily for Arsenal, Martin Odegaard scored soon after to tie the game. Then, Gabriel scored what turned out to be the game-winning goal, which was kind of funny. After the game, Saka was quick to compliment the defender.
Saka told BBC Match of the Day, “He has a lot of personality.” “It was right for him to win.”
He also said, “We had to wait. Fulham should get credit for making things hard for us. We got what we wanted in the end, so we’re happy. Eddie Nketiah really changed things for us. I’m happy with what he’s done, and I’m sure he’ll help us score a lot of goals this season.
“We all want to win every game so badly. We’ll keep going like this for the rest of the season. We are aware of how hard the Premier League is. We only think about the next game, and the next game, and the next game.”
