Fabrizio Romano reports Memphis Depay and Barcelona have agreed to end his contract.
The Netherlands international joined Barcelona a year ago and had a solid debut season, scoring 13 goals.
Depay was advised to find a new club when Robert Lewandowski, Raphinha, and Ansu Fati were signed and Ansu Fati returned from injury.
Barça wanted €20 million for the Dutchman. The forward had always said he would only leave as a free agent this summer.
Depay believed he was owed the option to leave Camp Nou on a free transfer because he passed down better, more lucrative contracts to join Barcelona last summer.

The club and his lawyers have been negotiating a split for weeks.
Romano has confirmed that Depay and Barcelona have agreed to cancel his contract, allowing him to join Juventus as a free agent.
The Dutchman reportedly has a two-year contract with Juventus. Romano says it’s not yet the case because salary talks are ongoing.
With Barcelona poised to terminate Depay’s contract, he may leave Camp Nou sooner.
