Fabrizio Romano updates Arsenal’s transfer situation as the summer window closes.
Arsenal has been busy this summer. Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko have signed. Fabio Vieira, Matt Turner, and Marquinhos were also signed.
Using Transfermarket values, Arsenal’s additions cost £119.
Matteo Guendouzi, Lucas Torreira, Bernd Leno, Kostas Mavropanos, and Alexandre Lacazette left permanently, while Nuno Tavares, Pablo Mari, and Alex Runarsson were loaned.
Arsenal’s future: Fabrizio Romano said Tuesday that Arsenal’s focus is outgoings.
Romano said the team is currently pursuing another deal.
Romano stated, “I get asked a lot about Arsenal, and it’s been quiet at the Emirates Stadium, but here’s what I know:
“Outgoings are Arsenal’s first priority. After Torreira and Pablo Mari, Runarsson has joined Alanyaspor on loan, and Hector Bellerin wants to return to Spain shortly.
“Edu and Mikel Arteta are studying prospects for another signing, but I don’t know the names.”
“They were interested in Raphinha and could seek an alternative – Bayer Leverkusen don’t expect to sell Moussa Diaby this summer.”
